Ingredients:

Instructions:

1. Prep the Wings:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel. This helps them crisp up.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the wings with baking powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
